On December 14, 2023, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the TUI BLUE Stardream Lake Resort at Dara Sakor. Government representatives from Cambodia and China, construction companies, and Coastal City Development Group personnel attended the ceremony.
Speakers included H.E. Mithona Phouthong, Governor of Koh Kong Province; Liu Zhiming, Vice Mayor of Taizhou in Jiangsu Province, China; Li Mengchen, Chairman of Coastal City Development Group Co., Ltd.; and Lu Zhenghua, General Manager of China Urban Construction Thirteenth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.
