On November 25, 2024, in the beautiful scenery of Dara Sakor, Cambodia, COASTAL CITY DEVELOPMENT GROUP held a grand opening ceremony for the two projects of Cambodian-Cambodian Friendship Bodhi Cultural Park, Great Bodhi Temple and Pineapple Island. These two projects are not only important milestones in the development of Dara Sakor, but also new bridges of cultural exchange and cooperation between China and Cambodia. At 9:09 a.m. the ceremony of “Groundbreaking for Buddha and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Ceremony” of Great Bodhi Temple of Cambodia-China Friendship Bodhi Cultural Park was opened in a solemn atmosphere. Under the guidance of Venerable Mingyi, President of Cambodia China Buddhist Association (CCBA), and Monk King Siodarabi, Venerable Master Zhaoxing, Secretary General of the Chinese side, presided over the groundbreaking ceremony. Representatives from COASTAL CITY DEVELOPMENT GROUP, monks and villagers from Koh Sdach and New Village, representatives from other business associations and Merit Master and volunteers, about 50 other people have witnessed this important moment. During the ceremony, purification was sprinkled and sutras were recited, and offerings were made to the Buddha to pray for the smooth progress of the project and to bring prosperity and harmony to the area.
