On March 21, 2025, the "PHNOM PENH–DARA SAKOR FLIGHT ROUTE OPENING CONFERENCE" hosted by COASTAL AIRPORT INVESTMENT Co., Ltd. was held at Dara Sakor Exhibition Hall of PGCT Center in Phnom Penh.The press conference announced that the direct flight route from Phnom Penh to Dara Sakor will officially depart on April 11, 2025. The outbound flight KR809 of the new route from Phnom Penh to Dara Sakor will depart from Phnom Penh at 15:15 and arrive at Dara Sakor International Airport at 16:00. The return flight KR810 will depart from Dara Sakor International Airport at 16:40 and return to Phnom Penh International Airport at 17:25. The cabin includes 8 business class seats and 155 economy class seats. This route operates one round-trip flight every Friday and will increase to three round-trip flights per week in the future. The opening of this route will effectively shorten the time and space distance between Phnom Penh and Dara Sakor, promote the deep linkage between inland cultural heritage and coastal vacation resources, and inject new momentum into the integration of Southeast Asian regional tourism economy.
