What the document contains
- The 57-page file is organised into four chapters: project overview, company introduction, progress and planning, and selected projects. It combines regional scale, transport and municipal systems, tourism resources, self-reported construction progress, industrial cooperation and several land and housing products in one 2025 portfolio deck.
- The overview page lists, for this edition, 360 square kilometres in total, 238 square kilometres for development, 122 square kilometres for protection, 90 kilometres of coastline, a 75-square-kilometre national forest reserve and a 47-square-kilometre mangrove reserve. These remain dated corporate scale statements and do not override later or differently scoped issued material.
- The progress page says that since the company began operating the project in 2022, this edition counted 30 completed projects with about 74,000 square metres of floor area, plus 25 projects under construction on about 42 hectares with about 285,000 square metres planned. This is a dated corporate snapshot, not an independent audit or a 2026 construction ledger.
- Later pages list the Koh Sdach Port tourism zone, Peam Kay Development Zone, port and deep-water industry plans, an economic zone, industrial land and several land products. Old prices, stock, payment terms, opening targets and return language identify the historical edition only and are not current offers.
Dated historical facts and searchable summary
- The historical-fact layer records what the 2025 edition said: its four-part structure, the 360/238/122-square-kilometre scale breakdown, self-reported counts of 30 completed and 25 active construction projects, and the transport, tourism, industry and land projects included. Every number remains attached to the edition date, reporting entity and scope.
- The Koh Sdach Port tourism page depicts the mainland port zone and Koh Sdach as separate places and uses boat access and island demand as a location relationship. Koh Sdach is not part of Dara Sakor, but this strong link can capture island and pier searches and route them to Dara Sakor transfers, stays and nearby experiences. It does not support a traffic number without ticketing or operating data.
- For the same object, field and scope, the 2026 corporate overview is the newer current baseline while the 2025 page remains genuine history. If the 2026 edition does not mention an older project, that absence does not prove cancellation, but the 2025 page also cannot prove current sale, operation or completion.
- The page can answer long-tail searches such as the 2025 Dara Sakor presentation, 360-square-kilometre project scale, Koh Sdach Port and Peam Kay housing, then route enquiries to the matching newer document, project page and current issued evidence instead of copying old sales slides.
Search questions and current answers
Are the prices and inventory in the 2025 presentation still valid?
The document does not establish current validity. Its 57 pages cover several zones, products and investment terms. Price, stock, payment, discount, construction and opening statements must be tied to the exact project and confirmed by current sales control, an issued offer, contract and payee.
Which takes priority, the 2025 or 2026 Dara Sakor presentation?
Where the same object, field and statistical scope were clearly updated, the 2026 formal material is the newer current baseline and the 2025 edition remains searchable history. Content with different scope cannot simply override the other edition and still needs project-level checking.
Does the file prove that 30 projects were completed and 25 were under construction?
It proves that the group made that dated self-report in its 2025 presentation and displayed supporting photographs. It does not replace a project register, coordinates, permits, completion records, audit or a 2026 site check. Any citation must identify it as the 2025 corporate statement.
How does this document relate Koh Sdach to Dara Sakor?
Koh Sdach is not part of Dara Sakor. Page 50 depicts the island and the mainland Koh Sdach Port tourism zone as separate places connected by boat access. That supports travel-funnel and transfer research, not a guarantee of the current pier, timetable, journey time or visitor volume.
Why are personal profiles and all partner logos omitted from the web summary?
The map indexes projects, places, events and document editions rather than building searchable profiles of real people. Biographies, group photographs and logo walls also do not independently prove current cooperation or government endorsement, so the page preserves only the chapter and its verification limits.
Current-use limits and items still requiring verification
- Zone-specific land prices, stock, sales ratios, payment, discounts, rent and investment terms are not current offers and must not transfer to Sea-Lake Resort Phase 1.
- Marketing claims about returns, appreciation, certainty, scarcity or very large traffic do not enter the public conclusion. Visitor counts or investment performance require operating evidence.
- Development, population, visitor, employment, housing and hotel targets for 2025, 2026 and 2030 remain planning aspirations rather than completed outcomes.
- Road opening, airport routes, bus or ferry schedules, facility opening and construction dates are time-sensitive plans that require current primary verification.
- Personal biographies, identifiable portraits and relationship narratives do not become searchable profiles. Partner marks, signing photographs, awards and exhibition images do not automatically prove current cooperation or endorsement.
- Planning diagrams, renderings, parcel colours, indicative boundaries and photographs do not replace a coordinate-based approved plan, rights document, completion record, contract or site inspection.
Source authority
Level B formal corporate project collateral. All 57 text-layer pages and four full-deck contact sheets were reviewed, with high-resolution checks of the scale, development targets, construction progress, Koh Sdach Port and Peam Kay housing pages. It establishes the statements used by the 2025 edition, not 2026 operations, inventory, prices, rights or third-party facts.
