This decision guide is for real rounds and group reception, not for repackaging historical hole counts and old packages as a current product. As of 1 August 2026, the project confirms that the 36 coastal holes remain operating and only the Mountain driving range is open. Choose the product first: a coastal round or Mountain range session

For a formal round, enquire about the operating 36 coastal holes and state whether the request is 18 holes or another arrangement, date, party, handicap or level, earliest and latest tee time and expected duration. Operation does not guarantee that all 36 holes are available on every date; maintenance rotation and tee inventory need written confirmation.

For the Mountain side, only the driving range is currently an enquiry-ready experience, suitable for beginners, warm-up, a short stop or travellers not taking a full round. A late-2024 visit, 2025 event report or website layout that mentioned an 18-hole Mountain course does not make it playable in 2026. Any full reopening should create a new dated confirmation rather than overwrite history.

Read course history correctly: experience is not current access

G-Economy's late-December 2024 visit described a flatter Ocean layout, a more undulating Mountain layout and water, bunkers, range, golf hotel and beach adjacency. It is useful historical observation for setting and design character, not a 2026 turf, difficulty-rating or maintenance report.

Golfasian then marketed two 18-hole layouts in a regional golf itinerary in 2025, while the corporate May post-event report recorded a competition using Coastal and Mountain venues. One is commercial promotion and the other a company event record. They establish how the destination was used and marketed at the time, not latest access or an independent quality ranking.

How to use historical prices: cost context, not current collection

The media field report records interview indications from late 2024: about KRW 100,000 per day in low season and KRW 150,000 in peak season for food, stay and golf, plus a USD 20 per-person caddie tip for 18 holes. The May 2025 corporate report marketed USD 230 per person for two nights, two rounds and four meals. Party, currency, season and inclusions differ, so the figures cannot be compared as like-for-like rates.

The correct display is amount, currency, inclusions, source, visit or publication date and current requote. Beyond the round: confirm stay, dining, transfer and weather together

The corporate directory and tourism PDF offer historical Golf Hotel leads, and the media visit recorded a course, hotel and dining combination, but historical rooms and experience are not intended-date inventory. Ask whether the property directly connects to the course, whether breakfast fits the tee time, late check-in, post-checkout storage, golf-bag handling, meals and allergies, and obtain the exact address and operator.

Write road arrival, hotel transfer, internal course movement and return as separate legs. If adding 88 Beach or Koh Sdach, treat it as an independent post-golf activity rather than included. Weather pages provide regional forecast entries only; the actual operator decides closure, delay or refund, and a wet-weather fallback must work without a round.
