The corporate accommodation directory places mainland hotels and Koh Sdach archipelago resorts in one business category, while tourism PDFs place mainland coast, port and islands in one regional narrative. Search results must still identify the exact place: Sunny Peninsula, Happy Home Master, Golf Hotel and Cloud Lake Villa are mainland leads; Koh Sdach and nearby-island stays are separate island destinations.

Koh Sdach is not part of the Dara Sakor project, but mainland Koh Sdach Port is an important gateway to the island group. Island visitors may therefore need mainland waiting, pre- or post-stay, food and road transfer. The system can capture that search demand and route it to Dara Sakor mainland services without relabelling an island hotel as an internal property or inventing traffic volume.

Read accommodation evidence in three layers: history, current entry and live inventory

The corporate tourism PDF publicly uploaded in October 2025 states, as the company's account at that time, more than 20 operating hotels and about 300,000 square metres of hotel construction. It also lists historical inventory such as 76 rooms and 19 villas at Sunny Peninsula, 73 rooms at Happy Home Master and 65 rooms at Golf Hotel. With date, source and self-reported status, these figures belong in the fact layer rather than an undifferentiated pending bucket.

Historical fact is still not live inventory. A Booking.com index reviewed on 2 August 2026 displayed Royal Beach Resort & Residence by EHM rooms and a booking entry, while Tripadvisor aggregated 2025–2026 guest experiences. Only the property's target-date reply and formal order complete a current confirmation; the three layers do not replace one another.

Mainland accommodation cannot be compared by room alone. For airport or intercity arrival, confirm carrier, arrival point, delayed pickup and late check-in.
